 Tina’s passion for baking began as a little girl in her mother’s kitchen. Moving from an Easy Bake oven to commercial convection ovens the facts remain the same: real, fresh, quality ingredients make all the difference. With a self-directed education supplemented by specialized courses with Chef Marco Ropke at North West Culinary Academy and The Pastry Training Center of Vancouver, she is well aware that there is always something new to learn in the world of pastry. “That’s part of what makes this industry so exciting,” says Tina. “I love to share what I’m learning with you, to make your baking a success.”
